The Resurrection Encounter received a review from Hollywood Book Reviews.

It’s human nature to wonder what would happen if we could go back in time and change something that happened, like say, a tragic event, knowing all that we do now. There are pros and cons to either side, with one wondering if you did change the course of what was truly destined to happen, what ramifications would occur? But yet, if you could prevent a tragedy from happening, wouldn’t you do whatever you could to stop it? These are just some of the questions that come to mind when reading The Resurrection Encounter: A Science Fiction Parable for a Nuclear Age by author Tom Skore.

The Resurrection Encounter received a review from Pacific Book Reviews.

Author Tom T. Skore presents a fresh perspective on a well-known historical event: the crucifixion of Jesus Christ, in his book The Resurrection Encounter: A Science Fiction Parable for a Nuclear Age. What if there was a way to time-travel and somehow intervene in the events that unfolded, would Jesus’ message have been better received at a later time in the future, or would the outcome have been similar? These questions and many more are the central focus of this radically imaginative novel.

“I was impressed by how naturally the novel blends science fiction with theological reflection. Rather than retelling a familiar story, it offers a fresh perspective that encouraged me to revisit questions about faith, sacrifice, and humanity. It was both engaging and thought-provoking.”

Dr. Michael Reynolds

Professor of Theology

“As someone who enjoys speculative fiction, I loved the originality of the premise. The alien perspective made familiar historical events feel completely new. I found myself thinking about the story long after I finished the last chapter.”

Sarah Mitchell

Science Fiction Enthusiast

“The book reminded me that compassion isn’t always as simple as it appears. It raises meaningful ethical questions without becoming preachy. I appreciated how it encouraged readers to think rather than telling them what to believe.”

Emily Carter

Reader

“Our book club had one of our best discussions after reading this novel. Everyone came away with a different interpretation, which speaks to the depth of the story. It’s the kind of book that invites conversation.”

James Holloway

“I enjoyed the balance between scientific curiosity and spiritual reflection. It’s rare to find a novel willing to explore both worlds thoughtfully. The story raises questions that stay with the reader.”

Daniel Brooks

Reader

“I appreciated the respectful way the Biblical narrative was approached. The science fiction element didn’t distract from the message it actually helped me see familiar events from a completely different angle.”

Rebecca Lawson

Reader

“The parallels between ancient Rome and today’s world were subtle yet effective. I appreciated that the novel trusted readers to recognize those connections without forcing them.”

Mark Sullivan

Reader

“The concept immediately drew me in, but what kept me reading was the emotional depth. It’s not simply about aliens or history it’s about humanity, our choices, and whether we’ve truly learned from them.”

Olivia Turner

Reader

“What resonated with me most was the exploration of human behavior and moral decision-making. The outsider perspective highlighted contradictions in a way that felt honest and insightful. It’s an imaginative story with lasting relevance.”

Dr. Karen Whitfield

Reader

“This is one of those books that encourages you to slow down and reflect. Every chapter seemed to offer another question worth thinking about. I found it to be both entertaining and meaningful.”

Space begins to feel like a safer place than Earth when a shooting at Paul Connor’s son’s school; one adjacent to his daughter’s, rattles Paul’s nerves.  It seems even the alien inhabitants of the moon are distressed by the violence on Earth and seek Paul’s help to find a solution.  Could man’s first contact with an alien race be a goodwill mission to find peace on Earth, or do the aliens have something else in mind? Not only does Paul have to get his superiors and colleagues to trust and believe him, he must figure out if they can trust the Entity and their intentions.

Tranquility Moon received a review from Pacific Book Reviews.

Life on Earth is not an easy life to live with all of the violence happening within our society. So what would happen if an alien race had a plan to be rid of the violence on Earth and have a world at peace for once? Would it be a situation where we could actually trust the alien lifeforms, or would it cause too much geopolitical strife on Earth for them to ever be fully trusted to achieve world peace? That is one of the main plot points of Tranquility Moon: Where Violence Has No Voice by author Tom Skore.
